No Deal on Sueno

We didn’t get the Sueno house. We are not surprised. We were curious as to the result of the selection. Our agent told us that we ranked #4 out of 5. We didn’t underbid. We offered full listing price but there were three other offers went over the listing price. In this market, obviously, there are still many people with lots of money. We are not one of them. So I guess we are now back to the drawing board AGAIN.

As mom would say, it isn’t your time yet, so it didn’t come to you. Kind of true. This is our #2 attempt now, so far, even given our best effort; we still need a bit of luck.

On the other hand, I hope this upbeat summer rush holds true for the Irvine house so I can recoup some profit for the next attempt.
