I finally had time to sort through the pictures I took at Scrapfest this year. This is an annual event held by Archiver’s at the Mall of America in Minneapolis. This is my 4th year going.
Normally sorting through pictures, viewing other people’s scrapbook projects, inspires and motivates me to do some of mine! I really needed to clean up my stash in my home office, as it is becoming out of control. I love using up stuffs. I would feel accomplish and not wasteful. Weird, I know, but it is this kind of daily little acts that makes up who I am and my homemaking life. The background story is I have been gone 3 weeks in a roll trying to deploy a project for work up in Washington. So being at home on the weekend and doing little creative things (excluding laundry) around the house makes me feel like I am home!
Here are the pictures from the Scrapfest.
Of course, during the clean up and purging process, I rediscovered kits and projects I should have completed but misplaced a while back. This little Halloween bag project is from one year ago, yes, a Scrapfest 2007 make n’ take. I figure if I make it quickly, then it is one off my list!!! And I would have one more useless thing to add to my Halloween décor around the house. Not sure what I want to do with this little bag, but hey, who is asking anyway???
