The Wedding Rings

This past weekend, we shopped for the wedding rings. It was even easier than the engagement ring. We just simply walked into Tiffany since I want a matching one with the engagement ring.

Of course, the only questions for me are:

• How much do I want to spend?
• Do I want diamonds on it or not?

I wear a size 5 and a half. My fingers are small so a thin band would work better on me than a thick one. I like both the simple Lucida without any stone and the shared-setting wedding band with half circle of round brilliant diamonds in platinum rather than the channel-setting ones. If I take the plain one, it looks fine with the engagement ring, but too simple if I were just wearing it by itself. If I travel out of the country (which is more often than most people), I most likely will not be wearing my engagement ring, so that just wouldn’t look as nice. So I chose the one with the stones. Tom’s choices were either a flat cut or the Lucida cut. He chose the Lucida. Why is it always so much easier for the man? We both love our selection!!!
