Wedding Party & Family Invitations

I didn’t think I was going to send a wedding invitation to the wedding party and family members, especially since I only hand made 25 for guests. Now I fully understand the term “limited edition”.

But as plan progressed, I realize that I have an entire weekend schedule for them. And no one seems to know what, where, when even with the distribution of the plan on an Excel spreadsheet. Of course, since I purchased the materials for the initial batch when I was in Minneapolis, I can no longer get those in California. I have to think up something else instead!

Of course, the second batch design idea came from afar too. This time is during my business trip to Washington State. I came across these envelop folds by Envelopments. They are the same materials as the pocket folder of the first batch, Metallic Opal. I still love this base color. Now I need a larger area for printing since it is for 5 separate events in two days. Instead of the Hambly Studio Brocade, I used the Regalia paper. This invitation design has all the color coordination as the first one. I even used the same red leave ribbons. It is a tough choice, I love both invitations. But now, I get to keep a copy for myself!!!

Now I need to design the wedding program, the menu, the guest book, the place cards, etc. Am I creating work for myself? Ok, don’t answer that!!!!
