I want it something consumable. Honestly, we all have enough junk in our home without any need for further addition that would eventually end up in a garage sales or charity donation. My sister, Vanessa, suggested wine stopper, well, not too many guests on the list are necessary wine enthusiastic. Small items are just going to be lost. So I am sticking with consumable.
Then the decision is what??? The obvious choice is chocolate. But what kind??? I looked into M&M, Dover, some other candies, chocolate covered pretzels, etc. And finally, it was a choice between M&M and Godiva. They both have individually packed party favor. At this point, 2 weeks before the wedding, I really don’t have time to assemble anything myself. The M&M is cute, as you can personalize it with names, dates, and a message. But Vanessa reminds me that the M&M isn’t really my style. After a bit of thinking, I have to agree. I am a Godiva chocolate type. So why would I choose my wedding party favor be something not in my personality?
Decision was made to get these white box packaged two pieces Godiva chocolate. On the website, it didn’t have much choice in terms of embellishment. Fortunately, when I was in the store to place the order, I saw these pearl cluster embellishments, it costs a little more, but they are so pretty and go so well with the wedding theme. I love it!
