Wedding Reception – Vegetarian Menu

Now I haven’t decided if I would print the Vegetarian menu. There are five guests having vegetarian meals but they are all scatter around and will be difficult to place the menu on the table. I plan to assign table number only and let the guests decide where to sit within the table. So I would have no ways in finding out where the vegetarians plan to sit.

Here are the 3rd and 4th course for the vegetarian menu:

Butternut Squash Ravioli
Ravioli bursting with butternut squash perfected with hazelnut sage brown butter sauce.

Pesto Gnocchi with Tomato Napolean
Spinach and egg gnocchi are combined with kalamata olives, toasted pinenuts, and soybeans. Drizzled with a vegan pesto and accompanied by an oven-dried tomato Napolean.
