Gosh we had a bunch of leftover! Yes, even after I tried to get rid of some at Dat’s birthday party last week!!!
So one night, I steamed up some clams in a white wine broth, prepped out some more cheese and charcuterie, and opened a bottle of white wine. Gosh, I chucked down the clams that so quickly that Tom was actually laughing at me. It was really really yummy and I love shellfish…what can I say….it takes someone who loves food to make good food. And the only way to know if you did good or not is by tasting it!!!!
