Photoshoot in Venice Beach

I had a photo shoot session scheduled with Photo Poet Studios, a Groupon deal I purchased a while back. I don’t normally have decent pictures of me, and even fewer of decent pictures of the hubby and me together. The last “professional” shoot we had was done at our wedding. It was time to get another shoot. The deal wasn’t bad. I did cough up more money so I got the entire untouched digital images on a CD. I figure I can do some of my own Photoshop action.

I selected Venice Beach; I haven’t been there much at all. I wanted a feel of “urban”, not the beach; we always seem to shoot at the beach. I wanted brick walls, industrial buildings, and graffiti.

The hubby put up this act of “what, what are we doing?” In reality, he doesn’t mind at all, and indulge me quite a bit on various interests of mine. He does draw a line at dancing…

These two were the touch up ones the photographer did as part of the package. I love them.
