Jellyfish Restaurant Brisbane

One of my favorite restaurant in Brisbane CBD is Jellyfish. Right on the boardwalk, and serve wonderfully fresh fish. Service this time is spectacular. I don't normally tip when in Australia as it isn't custom here. But the wait staff was great, I had to do it.

He suggested a Torbreck Shiraz for me. In the background, you can see Story Bridge behind the wine glass.

As for the food, I started with a tempura soft shell mud crab with green chilli, spring onion, and wasabi mayonnaise. My colleague had a Gold Coast tiger prawns, crab remoulade, avocado.

We then share a whole Flathead from Stradbroke Island, Oven baked with roast garlic butter. Our sides to accompany the main were chilled green beans & pistachio pesto (LOVE LOVE LOVE) and steamed Asian greens, oyster sauce. Plenty of food for the two of us.
