Sono Japanese Restaurant Brisbane

I took my colleague to Sono Japanese Restaurant tonight so she can try Kaiseki cuisine other than sushi and tempura. I was lucky enough to be properly introduced into this type of Japanese cuisine many years ago when I was working in Japan. This is a multi-course dinner, and the preparation is an art form in itself that balances the taste, texture, appearance, and colors of food. Both of us were not that hungry so we opted for the reduced Sakura course. Once again, I was not disappointed at all. Everything was as tasty as my previous experiences here.
