Rock Fish & Ling Cod

Last Saturday, Tom went fishing again with his buddy. This time he caught a few Rock Fish and a big Ling Cod (the big one on the left). Oh, they are ugly looking fish, almost monster looking like with their jaw open, but the meat is very tasty as they are deep water fish.

The Ling Cod was the first to go. I did a herd crusted bake recipe. It turned out really good.

When I cooked the Rock Fish, I rubbed the surface with a dry seafood rub, after cutting couple slides on top. Then I stuffed the internal with herbs, baked it for about 40 minutes at 375F. And it is once again, so so so yummy. I am in love with this kind of fish. I should find some new recipes, readily available for his next catch.
